Yellow Clown Goby white face?

I have a yellow clown goby that appears to have a white spot on his face. I have noticed this around a week (if not a little longer) ago. He has had no change in the coloring and it is hard to see in certain lighting often appearing a little bit more his skin color. All behavior and eating patterns have stayed the same and the fish does not appear lethargic. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Looks to be scraping and with this fish susceptible to flukes, have you noticed any itching, scratching or loss of appetite?

He does go down into my Rock work into some pretty tight holes. He has a great appetite for both flakes and mysis! He does not seem to scratch either. Also no panting or gasping!

Just checking - the left side of the fish's face is normal?

It's hard to discern with the pics provided showing any white spot. Yellow clown gobies have natural white rosy cheeks. Is there a distinct white spot within the white cheek area?

FYI, I have one in my nano and it's my favorite fish.

Yes! It does not have any white that I can see

He actually does have both cheeks white as I got a better look feeding him earlier. Taking pictures of them is so difficult! Their lights are shutting down for the evening so I will have to upload better photos tomorrow as I got home later than expected and he's in his sleep hole :/

O.K., that's normal color change for this species in captivity. Here is a picture I found on the Internet:
