Ich on tomato clown reupload

I recently created a thread on this tomato clown looking ragged and appearing to have white on the fins. The last post I made didn’t have a working link so we shall try again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And for context, this is my male. I think he could be getting bullied by the bigger female.

Well, I cannot see ich spots. The fins are a bit tattered and it is thin. That can be from bullying, or from some other disease issue like flukes or internal parasites.

How long have you had the fish?
Who are its tankmates other than the female?
Is it still eating?

I see spots which look to be secondary bacterial lesions associated with brooklynella . Best cure is ruby rally pro

I’ve had this fish about 3 months. Initially the pair of clowns was doing really well. I also have a hippo tang, hawkfish, pencil wrasse, and a desjardini. None of which seem to pick on each other and keep to their own corners. Definitely eats a bit less but I can’t tell if it’s from general stress. I know all other fish look super healthy but one stressful period is all it can take.

In the video, it is breathing too fast, but I'm attributing that to being held in the net. I don't see any major signs of Brooklynella.

At this point, a tank divider for it would be really helpful - allowing it to be isolated temporarily, and you can better assess its feeding and breathing rate. You can hold it in an acclimation box, but those are really too small.

I may just put him in the QT tank since I haven’t gotten any new ones with the parasite scare. If he starts marginally improving it may just be his new home.
