Hey all,

Hoping someone can id and provide a treatment plan for my yellow clown goby. His face/gills on both sides are white, which I dont recall seeing when he was in qt. Added to DT last Saturday, no other symptoms at this point in time.

TIA

What treatments did the goby get while in quarantine?
Is it eating well?
Is it breathing normally?

Paleness of the operculum (gill cover) isn’t a symptom of a specific disease though…..

Hey Jay,

Goby got 30 days of simultaneous coppersafe and prazipro. Everything else is normal, wasnt sure if this was the beginning of a bacterial infection or if im just being overly cautious. It could just be I didnt notice this before as the qt tank didnt have dedicated lighting.

If it is still eating well, I wouldn’t treat with anything just yet.
