Gill flare, only one

So I got a discounted clownfish from petco. I have a qt tank that its residing in. Well more then one qt tank, first 3 days were ick treatment in qt tank one,

Symptoms were laying on bottom of tank, breathing rapidly apx180/min. Listing to side... first thing was a peroxide bath in saltwater( from my main tank). 35min treatment.
Then put in qt tank. After 2 hrs I gave it a freshwater bath ( from R/O system ) most white spots (ick ) fell off at this point. Then the poor lil fishy went back to qt tank where its been dosed with Korean ich attack. On 3rd day I moved it to second qt tank with fresh saltwater mix. Added ich treatment again. On day (4) now. During initial treatment I seen white poo... to me fish looks constipated? So today I went with a internal parasite med ( prazipro ).
Lil bugger has not eaten during this time.
One gill flap remains extended out ( both were) 2nd qt tank has a higher flow, first just a bubbler. It is swimming ok but head up more-so now. Reaching out for thoughts?
I do have xanaplex on hand. But have not used.

Flared gills can occur from injury or infection, While flukes will cause this, there was no mention was made of behavior issues such as heavy breathing, scratching, darting, loss of appetite and lethargic behavior. The pics are flatworks consistent with flukes and you can safely add Prazi Pro to tank but I prefer this in a separate tank as prazi reduces oxygen and appetite.
If using prazi, to be safe , dose at 80% of recommended and apply initial dosage known as an interval for 8 days, do a water change and do one more 8 day dose interval
Use airstone with prazi as again, it does reduce both oxygen and appetite. If running a skimmer, leave cup off first 24 hrs as skimmer will go nuts from the glycol solution in Prazi

And the fun begins lol. Clown fish in main tank are flashing and head shaking, I see extended gills also... I did not contaminate from qt tank... funny how things work out.
My LFS said it would be ok to dose my main tank w prazi,
clown fish in qt tank is doing better but still not eating. So I did dose w xanaplex.
Taking one clown out of main tank an adding it to qt tank, hoping that will help get fish to eating.
At this point main tank is medicated but I. Sure it would be harassed being only new fish.
I'm sure I'm messing up haha but I did not want to destruct my main tank getting all fish into a qt tank.
