He seems to not been eating as I see him skinny and not interested on the food when I feed my fishes with frozen San Francisco Cyclop as the others
Any suggestions

Did you try garlic infused foods? I'm not sure about adding garlic to frozen foods, as i've never tried it. But i used garlic pellet fish food when I had a fish that wouldn't eat. It worked for me as suggested from google searches.
