Yellow Cucumber Split

I noticed this morning that my yellow cucumber split. Each half is plump and bright yellow
I've read they can do this. What are your thoughts? Everything ok?

Mine split but I didn't know they did that so I was pretty surprised. I even have one made it down to a sock in my basement sump. I was squeezing excess water out of the sock and felt a large squishy lump. I tossed it in the fuge.
