I introduce my QT pistol and yellow watchman into my main tank last night. This morning my goby seemed ok best I could tell in dark. He was swimming around. Few hours later found him dead. Any thoughts. Haven’t seen the pistol since last night. But he could be hiding. I have yellow tang, pair of clowns, yellow Cora wrasse, lawnmower Blenny and about 3 blue legged hermits. Any thoughts?

the only thing I saw when I scooped him out he like a white stringy thing lower side near gill. Thanks for thoughts.

Our yellow watchman/pistol shrimp pair are rarely out. Only way I really know they’re alive and well is that there’s always a change in the substrate layout each morning.

Do you have a picture of the “white string things” - the description you gave could be flukes, or just the some coat shedding from death? Any tank parameters off or anyone picking on anyone?
