Yellow wrasse in 10g quarantine?

I’m receiving a yellow wrasse today. I have a 10g tank that is open for use, my 20g and 40g are in use currently. Would a 10g be sufficient for one single yellow wrasse and nothing else? Otherwise I can put him in my 40g but no sandbed…
 
Should be fine, but get a bucket of playground sand in there
