Just an update, I have my water change system in place and my top off reservoir built and running. Lately i have been having very high TDS out of my RO unit and my DI has been getting burned up pretty quickly. Like 2 BRS canisters in 2 weeks. Found that my waste line was turned off, opened the line and the TDS leaving my RO went from 44 to 2 in about 5 minutes. Anyways probability not a common problem but an RO unit will still seem to function with the waste line caped off. Hopefully i will get some pics up this afternoon of everything. I have a few new nice fish i think everyone will love. Thanks Jason.Tammy.

Actually I ran into the same problem. After the TDS meter went over 150, I finally figured it out.
