Over the last couple months I have gotten horrible fish from their California facility (I know it isn't technically theirs). Their customer service over the last year has also diminished to practically zero. They do not care about their customers at all and their new policies show it. Today I received a single male anthias and had ordered 12 females to go along with it. I received none of the females even though they still show in stock on their website. The 1 male anthias was put in a tiny box with a big heat pack. It cooked the fish into mush. I cannot open the bag it stinks so bad. I tried to report it to Liveaquaria and they insist on me opening the gross bag (which I will not do). Here are the pictures I sent them. You can see both eyes in a couple of the pictures. They do not want to refund any money unless it's a picture of the dead fish on a white background. ABSOLUTE BS. This company used to be great. It's seriously sad to see what they have become over the last couple years.

Hello @tswanso3. We are so sorry for your loss and the condition the fish came in. I do see through communication we did come to a resolution. You are correct, the fish is clearly perished, and the bag did not need to be opened. Again, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and are glad we came to a resolution. We hope that we can earn you back as a loyal customer.

Sincerely,

LiveAquaria
