When I pulled mine it took me 3 days for him to enter the fish trap. Everybody else went in instantly. Its almost like he knew.Yes, a cool and interesting fish. I raised one from a tiny juvi with the eyespot. One day, it decided my pair of diamond gobies had to go, so he harassed them to death. After two months, he is just now starting to enter my fish trap to grab a bite to eat. Very fast fish and seems pretty smart. It was a tough choice but I'm looking for a peaceful tank. Other than that, he's been good.
My favorite fish would be my pair of blue ring angels, lovely creatures!
I got them as little juvis about the size of a half dollar or a quarter in march 2021. The tank is 8'x4' and 37" deep.That’s awesome! How long have you had your Blue Ring pair, how big are they and in how big of a tank?
My copperband butterfly went in right away and the blue ring angels too. They take their sweet time and chow down. Even after a couple months when the checkerboard wrasse goes into the trap for food, he grabs a bite and makes a mad dash out. At least he's catchable.When I pulled mine it took me 3 days for him to enter the fish trap. Everybody else went in instantly. Its almost like he knew.
My favorite is going to have to be the stoplight parrotfish. Between how beautiful they are and the schooling with other is amazing.I wanted to know what your favourite fish as of now is! Obviously you can have several (We all know that there is never just one you would die for). And I would also love to know why.
Here’s mine (I’m sure many of you have probably guessed what it will be already);
It’s a Pygoplites diacanthus flavescens now, the first reason is rather obvious (The colouring) but actually the other reason I love this fish so much is because it seems to have a hobby of ‘spitting water’. No, honestly before I fed it he was spitting water at me like there was no tomorrow, as soon as he was fed he stopped.
So, what are your favourites?
That looks like an awesome combination.goldflake angel or PBT can't decide between them
This is such a cool fish to watch in the ocean. Might agree with this one being one of my favorites.My favorite is going to have to be the stoplight parrotfish. Between how beautiful they are and the schooling with other is amazing.
Definitely clownfish (specifically my 2 lol)I wanted to know what your favourite fish as of now is! Obviously you can have several (We all know that there is never just one you would die for). And I would also love to know why.

Would love to own one but very hard to raiseOxymonacanthus longirostris, aka orange spotted filefish. They are beautiful, unusual to see in an aquarium, and the way they swim and eat is interesting and different from most of the fish we keep.
