Good luck gauge! My buddy just passed his oral boards! Its a rough 24 months but well worth it!
I originally got my medic with every intention of going to PA school but I have since realized I want to be in the ER and feel the RN->NP route is better suited for me.
Although I also really enjoyed my OR clinical and working with the CRNAs so that may be an option too.

Haha I bet you didn't know that I'm a farmboy too lol. Dad breeds pigs that are more geared towards show pigs, almost all of the pigs that are in 4H at the county fair are out of his stock. Right now he has about 100 babies that are getting ready to go to their new owners. We also have about 30 head of black and red Angus beef and in the summer we turn out about 6,000 bales of hay. So yeah it's just a small hobby farm lol.

I have a tree service and been climbing for @ 25yrs. I enjoy working outside and it keeps me fit but I'm beat up & tired at the end of the week. Not the kind of work I'm comfortable hiring others to do for me so I'm still trying to figure out what I'm going to be when I grow up:)

I wanted to stop for just a second to acknowledge those of you we're hearing from who serve the public, you nurses, paramedics, doctors, firefighters, police officers, military personnel, and anyone I left out, THANK YOU for choosing to do a job where you might have the responsibility to save a life today! A lot of jobs carry a whole lot of responsibility (I'm looking at you, airline pilot! :) but few are so directly responsible for others' lives as part of their job descriptions. I'm glad you're there.
