I don't buy coral on line often, I've only made 6 purchases, and half of them are from yourreef. On my second purchase, I decided to order a couple of lower price acropora. Unfortunately within a day of receipt, all 6 had completely shed their tissue. I am not sure why, and everything else i ordered looked great and is still doing well. I reached out and got a store credit and decided to put another order in a few weeks later. To say that John made up for the loss of the acros is an understatement. I may not be the most frequent or highest market customer but in all three of my orders I have gotten great value and customer support. I am glad to see the shop back open and I look forward to being a customer for a long time.

I just saw this. Thank you for the support! We appreciate it!
