What is a great all around food for sps that helps with color and growth? I want to buy one product that helps in both those areas.

Not 100% sure whether the corals actually "eat the poop" or if fish poop just adds nutrients to the water column that corals need for growth...or a combination of both.

Before adding more fish sps colors weren't bad. Nitrates were reading 0, I was also dosing aminos.
Since new fish I now have some nutrients and sps have gotten and are still getting better. Stopped dosing amino acids.

Nutrients is only part of the equation. Proper and stable water parameters, lighting, and flow all plays a part of your colors and growth.

Ideally you need a small amount of phosphates. In the 0.01 -0.04. And also a small amount of nitrates, less then 5ppm, is a good thing

Currently my trates are 16ppm. My goal is to get it down to 5-10 ppm.

Phates is .07 ppm which I'm good with.
Russ has a very helpful thread going.
