Was having a chat with a fellow reefer and he was telling me how he loves using Zeospur for his corals. Has anyone here ever used it?

Based off the description, I don't think it is quite healthy for the corals.

Anyone used this Product?
Zeospur is controversial.
I believe copper is an element.
It's for tweaks to colour once you have thriving, healthy acropora already fully adapted to ULNS conditions.
It will dramatically lighten SPS.
I've used it this week on some frags that were a little brown at a rate of two drops per 15ml tank water.
A 5 minute dip has a noticeable effect.
Approach the product with caution!

Yes that's it's purpose but but you can dip with it to get the effect on individual frags if dark.
B balance can have similar effect but is much milder

I heard it brings out the pastels, but I’ve never used it because it’s possible it can bleach out the whole tank. It’s apparently not very healthy for the coral.

Please document the before and after if you decide to use it.

Exactly why I'm treading very carefully with it.
I have some purple acro frags & red Monti that I've given a dip.
I'd be very hesitant to dose the tank before I'd experimented.
I'll monitor tonight & post some pics tomorrow

Thanks. I was very tempted to try it. I like the pastel coloration.

However, I don’t think I’ll ever use it. My tank is doing very well right now, and I wouldn’t want to risk anything. I’m happy with where I am.

Pastel corals are unhealthy corals

So purely out of my own morbid curiosity, I tested two frags in zeospur 2 at a ratio of 2 drops to 20ml tank water.
The dip lasted 2 minutes.
I've posted pics of both next to undipped frags that were brown.

To summarise, it's extremely powerful stuff with dramatic results.
If the results are desirable or not is entirely subjective.....

It looks kind of bleached. I actually like the darker ones significantly better.

Thanks for posting the comparison!
Difficult to convey under lights on phone but yeah!
Totally agree.
The purple is still visible on tips but it looks artificial.
It's not that very mature ULNS system"just on the cusp of pastel but not quite" look that is really appealing to some of us it's more of a bleaching.
