I have 40 or so heads of eagle eye that have been in the tank for months now that have started closing up for the last 4 or so days. Are these flatworms the cause and will flatworm exit take care of them? My other Zoa's all seem unbothered but don't want to wait and lose everything. Can get out the DSLR for better pictures if that would help at all.

These look like Red Planaria. They don’t eat the zoas but can cover them to plague proportions. If something is eating then it would most likely be a) zoa eating mud branch or b) you have a fish (or two) that are nipping at the polyps or c) mine get irritated by the hermits and cleaner shrimp constantly picking food out of them.
