So I want to remove these Zoas from this rock, or remove part of this rock and place it somewhere else in my tank, what's the best procedure for doing this? And what kind of Zoas are these green ones? Are they also Brown Button Polyp?

If you are going to attempt to remove zoas from a rock wear PPE as the do have a strong toxin (considered to be the most poisonous non protein substance) called palytoxin which is a vasoconstrictor. You could try and use a flexible blade and try to cut the meet off of the rock but that may tigger the coral to release toxins or damage the coral. One of the best methods and what I have mostly seen is using a band saw to take a layer off the rock with the coral.
