Not sure what the best light is take pictures, The tank that contains these two colonies is a Fluval 13.5 with the stock light so its mostly white. Can someone identify these for me? I was told the smaller one was "scrambled eggs" the other no idea. It does have a couple different colored heads within the colony.

No way to tell with the white lights, the color is too flushed out, unfortunately

I am going to have to just upgrade the lighting i guess on that tank. Wish there was a way to modify it without losing the existing look.

You can probably find similar pictures online, and figure the ID out that way :) what colors do you see on them?

Ok not having much figuring out the multicolored bunch. But can someone help me out with this one? A local hobbyist is selling this plus a large Kenya tree for $40.00 but he dosen't know what type of Zoa it is.

Those are green palythoa; not sure the specific morph name, but they likely have palytoxin (please do research on this before trying to remove them)

I’d recommend moving that rock away from the main rock work, as those palys will continue to grow over nearby rocks. You MUST wear gloves and glasses if you’re going to try to remove them from the rocks, and I’d recommend removing it from the tank beforehand.

They’re beautiful, but they grow very quickly and can be toxic if po’d

This colorful frag might be Gatorade zoas, btw :)

I was actually looking on facebook marketplace and found someone selling this big colony for $40.00. But considering what you just said and what I've found on the internet I think I may just pass. I don't want this taking over my tank. Going to grab a Miami hurricane chalice and tri-color favia instead :)
