Zoa not opening up

Hi all, bought this scrambled egg zoa frag almost a month ago, when I introduced it in my tank along with another zoa it was closed, the seller told me it will open up eventually. Waited a good 2 weeks for it to open, and bam! one day it was open with all its glory. But the happiness didn't last long, one day it decided to stay close and dang its still close after almost 3 weeks. Did a hydrogen peroxide dip for 3 minutes two days ago but it's still closed. Is it a goner or have any chances of recovery. My other zoa frag is doing absolutely fine, it even popped a new polyp. Please guide me Here's few photos for the an now

The polyps dont look melted yet but getting close. Do you blow off the rocks with a turkey baster/coral feeder? If not it might help. New tank?
What are your parameters vs tank it came from?

I can’t offer much advice but I have a zoa colony like that and it’s infuriating haha. All my other zoas are super happy and open all the time and the one colony just refuses to open up no matter what I do or don’t do. After 8 weeks of waiting I dipped once, moved to a slightly higher spot, and gently turkey basted it to make sure detritus wasn’t irritating it, and it’s now has decided to open a few polyps half way at the most when it feels like it (which isn’t often).

But get this, in that time it grew a baby polyp. I was like what?!?! So I don’t know if it’s just a sensitive colony or what. But it’s my least favorite zoa now and super frustrating. In these photos taken over the course of a month you can see it only partially opens a few at a time at best, and stays completely closed at worst. Idk

Yes did blow of the rock with a coral feeder and syringe, my tank is 4 months old with amonia and nitrite at 0 ppm nitrate at 20 ppm, salinity at 1.025 ppm

Start testing alk, cal, mag phos and nitrate. You can forego the ammonia and nitrite.

Start testing alk, cal, mag phos and nitrate. You can forego the ammonia and nitrite.
Is your RODI at 0ppm?

Alkalinity-8.5 dKH, Calcium-410 ppm, phosphate - 0.09

How is the flow and the lighting? Do you have other corals, how are they doing? Why did you peroxide dip it, all that does is remove algae, does the frag have algae on it?
