Anyone have any idea why these zoas would stay like this for months? They dont melt but clearly aren’t too happy. I’ve tried moving them between low light and high light.. nothing. Everything else in the tank (other zoas included) are very happy. Think they’re nirvana zoas?

No idea. I've had zoas do the same thing. I have one case now, where two zoas were fragged from the same colony and both did well for weeks. They sit right next to each other. Now suddenly one closed up and hasn't reopened. The other is growing like crazy 🤷‍♂️

Oh wow that’s weird.. I guess at this point i’ll try to frag and dip them and see what happens. I do notice some tiny white dots on one head and some red gunk in between. Not sure what any of that is :p

Update: I took them out and noticed some definitive white pimples on a head or two. Lightly scraped at it but figured i’d order lugol’s first and try to dip it.
