Zoathids for new tank

Is it advisable to introduce zoas into a newly cycled tank? What level of nitrates can they handle safely?
I've found most zoa's don't mind a dirty tank (high nutrients). As long as you are fully cycled you should absolutely be able to introduce them. In fact they are one of the best "tester" corals in my opinion to put in a fresh tank.
