I balanced it on side and added some other pieces to make it more stable I'm epoxying them so there is no slip or falling

Sand came today yay.

And put 80lbs in and making the water to fill it up. I'll probably put in another 20+ lbs when I get some water in just to settle the sand down.

Thanks. So far I'm up to 46 cups of salt and I haven't broke 1.020. That was all the salt I have left. Looks like it's another trip to the lfs this weekend lol

Salt is a stable 1.026 now time to start this cycle. I'm going to try the Red Sea program and see where it goes from there.

Also skimmer is in and running. I'll swap this one out for my reef octopus when everything get transferred over to their new home.

Thanks and will do. I had to buy 2 boxes of the mature kit for the volume of water I have. I crunched the numbers and did the whole cycle on paper last night to make sure there is enough supplements to complete this.

I hadn't heard of the Red Sea Reef mature kit. That's cool. I'll be interested to see how long it takes and how well it works as I am in the midst of cycling a tank too. You would be about a week behind me.

I am on the tail end of a cycle on my 150dd and would have been nice to know about a product like this.

Here is a link for the instructions for it. http://cdn.bulkreefsupply.com/media/wysiwyg/PDFs/Red Sea Reef-Mature-Manual.pdf hope it works. If not brs is the place where I found it. Just hit the full detail and then the instruction. So it says it will mature your tank in 21 days to be ready for fish and coral. I'm so far on day 3 and my tank is cloudy I hope that's part of this. I'll snap a pic in a few.
