I had a wav powerhead fail after 5 years and was suprised to see these fell off the face of the earth around 2022. I couldn't find much information about it, but I got confirmation by a vendor that the WAV is discontinued. Apparently they recently had manfuacturing run and were told it would be...

Hi everyone, I've had a few problems with my neptune dos. It's second hand and seems to be fairly old, I was wondering if it is probably time to replace the heads of the doser. It's not properly working at the moment I tried to have the lines at about 2 feet from the inlet of the doser and no...

R2R - Life changes have required that I abandon plans for a new build and tear up my existing system. I have 2 brand new sealed in box Apex Neptune DOS pumps available for $300 each shipped anywhere in the continental USA. These are great for dosing and automated water changes.

Setting up an extra set of tanks in aquarium room and looking for: - higher wattage heaters (heating ~250-300 gallons) - apex head unit, full system, and/or set of related probes, buildout boxes, etc.. - controllable dosing pumps (ideally apex comparable) need to setup 2 part and if I can find...

I'm looking for a power supply for the older Neptune Dos and the FMM module. From what I see only it seems as if the only place you can buy a proper one is from Neptune which will run you about fifty bucks. Let me know if anyone has had success with an amazon power supply or another company...

Hey all, I just had something disconcerting happen — my apex / DOS just randomly started dumping tons of calcium in the tank. I hadn’t had my auto dosing on because my calcium usage hadn’t been high, and turned the auto dosing on last night for the first time in a while. I just looked and the...
