Hello everyone, I would like to get my water change automated using a versa dosing pump. My tank is currently just a 20g but I can always move it to my bigger system once I upgrade. I was thinking maybe a 2% daily waterchange over a 2hr period. Any tips or advice is welcome.

I have the eshopps nano skimmer with the stock pump (Sicce Micra) connected to a co2 scrubber, but the pump doesn’t pull in enough air to make the scrubber effective. Does anyone have suggestions on a stronger pump that will fit the ehsopps nano skimmer?

I recently acquired a very tiny protein skimmer for my 15 gallon nano tank and was wondering how often to run it? The collection cup is pretty small so I’d have to empty it every hour or so if I kept it running constantly. I just don’t get how to run this thing 24 hours a day. Or do I even need to?
