This is time of season I find most of my seahorses. More so when it’s rough and lots of current. Today I found 3 seahorses on the deck of the boat two of them r just fine and I found them a home because I’m full,, no vacancy at hotel. Lol. Anyway the third one did not survive, her insides were sticking out of her a- hole. I felt so bad and sad that she probably had a painful death my eyes teared up a little, my boss was teasing me calling me softy, misty, crybaby ect ect. Can’t help it I just really love seahorses. Also got 4 sea urchins two big ones 1 small one and one the size of a dime. They also went to new home with seahorses

i really never understood the standpoint of, it’s just an animal and no big deal. It may not be able to do math but it lives, it moves, it eats, makes shelter, populates.
