“Coral” identification. Pseudocorynactis?

Was moving around my scape and just barely caught a glimpse of this guy and was hecka confused. Took a closer look and figured I’d just ask for help identifying it I’m thinking a pseudo but not quite sure.

ball anemone... is my guess so yes you are correct I think
good or bad? I’ve read a bunch of places saying they are a pest. But at the same time I see places like Tidal Gardens selling them. So idk what to think of it’s just a with caution kind of thing I’ll try placing it in a better place and allow it to flourish.

I have a few. I dont think they are pests. They haven't spread like aptasia or majano and I find them neat to look at. I leave them in my tanks.
