“Waiting for authorization”

I just created a Mobius account. When I try to log in, I get “waiting for authorization”. I have brand new Radions that I want to connect but can’t because I can’t log in.

I did not receive emails asking to verify my account. I checked my spam folder as well.

Any help?

Is there any way to have Mobius resend the verification email? Or do I need to wait until Monday to get ahold of customer service?
