I just passed the hardest water test in Arizona in a field of water I have never worked in almost entirely thanks to Reef Tanks and their chemistry!

Okay so I have a trip planned to Petco to buy online so I can save 10 bucks. I get it completely free cuz I have a gift card. I also sent my parents the ra Buddy link. The only issue is I'm not sure if they're going to buy it because it's so close to Christmas. However, I have offered to pay for it so we will just have to see

this is what I'm referring to. It is a 5 gal plastic container inside the box. (I think it's this one. the other is a bag). just use it for your water change. Then save and mark off the 1 gallon marks on the container. I now use a much more durable water container I bought from Cabellas. it's 7 gallon. I think $25 range. bought a bunch. some are RO dedicated while others are for salt mix. that way I separate into ATO reservoir and other for saltwater change. I bought a few Brute trash cans. used once. not again. that seems like more work that what I got going.

funny. I told my daughter to split the cabbage with my other daughter and have some of the plain too. there were no cabbage ones when I just got back home. like I said kids can't resist the cabbage. its crazy! Acorn squash is now in the oven roasting! Will follow with the MEAT! and non meat! Yes...We have carnivores and herbivores I cook for!

it was yummy. basically just a flat flank tenderized. then cut it into strips, roll it up and pierce with a toothpick to hold the coil. pineapple slice on top then braised under broiler. (grilled is best). Unfortunately I ran out of cinnamon to add to the squash. but still tasted OK.

I used to make a lot of butternut squash soup back in the day.

delicata squash is hands down the best.

I've got around 90$ right now from jobs? Somewhere in there enough to buy an ro buddie but I'm gonna have to get through to my parents. LFS still no sea hare turbos or tuxedo. I either choose ro buddie or sea hare and tux I could possibly do both but id have to really dig deep.

I’d start with the RO Buddie. I have one and it’s worth its weight in gold. Which isn’t much weight, it’s super light. But the point is I have water of my own lol.

When I had that much hair algae I got a lawnmower blennie. She chewed that stuff right up. I didn’t feed much in the tank so she would eat that. But she helped a lot. My clowns Morse red her though.
