OK so here was tonights dinner.
Rice noodles mixed with a peanut sauce, stir fried baby corn, snaps and water chestnuts seasoned with sesame seed cooked in sesame oil fried rice with peas carrots and garlic and a radish garnish. Seems like I was missing something.

My tailspot blenny has a huge stomach and hasn't been eating. I tried to get a picture and it's horrible, but it's something. He did just pass waste and it looked normal.

Anyone know what's going on?

Well actually I only had one birthday and it was a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away . According to Luis the anniversary of my birth is exactly 10 days after his if that helps ;)

Thanks Luis. I thought the eggs one may be a possibility, but I wouldn't think not eating would be a symptom of it. I mean maybe they are pressing against the stomach and intestines or something. I'm going to post a thread in the fish medic forum JIC.

Thanks Luis. I thought the eggs one may be a possibility, but I wouldn't think not eating would be a symptom of it. I mean maybe they are pressing against the stomach and intestines or something. I'm going to post a thread in the fish medic forum JIC.

Looks pretty fat. My Lawnmower used to overeat and then look puffed up for a while. He'd also eat a bunch of sand and look REALLY fat and uncomfortable, then he'd go and poop sand across the entire tank and hour or so later and look normal afterwards.

It could be constipation which would lead to not eating but if he's pooping it's a good sign usually.

I'm hoping it's just constipation, and because of that he hasn't been eating. But now I hope he is on the tail end of being constipated and hopefully he eats when I try tonight.

What has the TSB been eating? And has it changed from previous diet?

Mostly mysis, and algae in the tank. He's been mostly on a carnivorous diet lately because there's not much algae in the new tank yet. When I went on vacation I fed TDO for 9 days, and I believe those have some types of algae mixed in.

One of my favorite Chinese dishes is sesame noodles, noodles in a spicy peanut butter sauce! Hard to find outside NYC and some serve it cold and others hot, I prefer it hot but it’s so good I’ll eat it either way.
