I used the Photone app. PAR isn't really worth checking most of the time. Unless you're trying to match what the vendor had, I'd say probably don't bother.

So it sounds like my exquisite wrasse is super skinny and malnourished from the LFS. I mean, look at him:

He does not look good at all. Luckily he fell into my hands! I'll nurse him right back up to good health in no time. I fed probably like 5 times today, and I'm feeding clam for the first time tonight. He ate more than I could have imagined. His colors should come back in a few weeks if he eats well, and so far he has! I feel so bad for him. He definitely does no look good.

Soak his food in Selcon and Vitachem, it wouldn’t hurt.

I have faith in you bud! As long as it's as simple as good husbandry and care then you got this. As long as it's nothing terrible awful I'm confident he'll get fat and healthy!
