What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
What do you delight us with today?
It is a dish that me and the Mrs. Used to make a lot before we had kids. Recently I’ve asked her to make it but she can’t find the recipe ( yes since it’s not an Italian dish there is or was a recipe). So I’m winging it based on memory. Its pork chops ( we used alternate chicken), rice, water, 16 ounces chicken broth, 10 ounces chicken cream soup, cheese. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and mix the next 4 ingredients and lay the pork chops in it. Thin layer of croutons, broken up and some more cheese. Although not part of the original recipe, I threw in 6 garlic cloves to eat separately, my wife’s side of the family refers to them as Italian jelly beans. Fingers crossed!

here's a big secret. trim the fat and fry it in a pan till golden brown!

Looks intense! You like it?
yes. I just wish I got a quieter pump. With the waste container you could really let it run for a couple months. Only thing I don't like is that they didn't make it easy for me to use out of sump. I'd have to make an adaptor for the output to get it over the side.

My project today: First off, was looking to purchase some 3030 extruded aluminum for my light mount. I had 16 feet of 20 mmm from another project left over. I decided to see if its capable of holding the light.

I cut the extruded and used the basic corner braces that I had on hand, then hung a 5 lb weight from each.
was very pleased with the minimal deflection. the 10 lb total is 3 lbs more than the light. I will fabricate better corner braces next week. Height and reach over the tank is adjustable

Wow, looking great, can't wait to see the final product, when you mean that Height and reach over the tank is adjustable,
Does that mean it's going to be automated?

no, just the height can be set to what I need and it can be centered over the tank, its the orphek Icon natura light. I don't see me purchasing another. So I am going to mount it up and see what coverage I have. If its lacking on the 40breeder its going back in the box and used for my wife's clown / nem tank we have plans for

those sound more like tropical cocktails! except Murderbath tink.

Funny you keyed on that one, I originally had Tinkerbell on the order but he said he didn’t have that one so he subbed it for something in the same color profile.

I was trying to get some colors that my daughter would geek out on…. But I really don’t think she cares at this point I her 5-yr old life.

Well, the latest news is that starting tomorrow I'm leaving the hobby and I'm going to get into this new artistic profession. As you have been family, the first sculptures you buy from me I'm going to give you at half price plus 30% discount
