How many fish do you have? That looks like ALOT of worms!

Ya, to many, my understanding is they live in our tanks for a couple days and I didn’t mean to put that much in. 7 fish. My yellow wrasse does the best job of cleaning them up.

Guys I'm hurting really bad tonight in my ribs and hips so please can you send up some prayers for me. I hate taking the pain medicine so I think it's hurting more because I waited too long to take it.
Definitely will send prayers of healing!

Ibuprofen is advil my friend, acetaminophen is Tylenol which I will add to what I'm taking since my nurse friend told me I could.
You alternate the ibuprofen and acetaminophen Amanda. For example, motrin first then four hours later tylenol, four hours later motrin, four hours tylenol. That way you are keeping the dosing of each at every eight hours, but you have something on board every four hours.

Good morning everyone, what I hate most about this heat is that working in the sun tires you out twice or three times as much lol, yesterday I fell asleep early
Good morning Luis, move you and your family up to north east Ohio so you aren’t so tired! Oh, the cost of living is low.

should i be worried about the tank with the cbb in it? as far as water changes or anything? i am feeding so heavy trying to get it to try different foods. and there isnt a skimmer hooked up to it. just dont want anything to go south after getting this far! i can hook up a skimmer 🤷‍♀️
I would still do water changes to reduce nutrients in the tank.

Jill,

If the tank isn’t cycled and doesn’t have bio media in it, then you really need to keep an eye on ammonia. Even if it is cycled and you are putting a large amount of food in it I would still test for ammonia as it will kill a fish pretty quickly.

Also, water changes are best if you notice ammonia above zero.

A skimmer isn’t a bad idea at all…especially to keep the water oxygenated.

Signs of possible ammonia poisoning are increased respiration rate and redness around the gills.

In addition to an ammonia test kit, I also use a seachem ammonia alert badge on any QT/observation tank for quick reference.

I would hate for ammonia to kill the fish after you worked hard to get it eating.
Good morning Andre

Thank you first thing in the mornings rough because everything is stiff and tight again and the meds have worn off. I should know shortly if there is any improvement over last nights pain level.
I hope you get some reprieve from the pain my dear

You can change a 10% that would be a gallon, if I remember correctly your tank is kept with low No3 and Po4, you can make new water or use 1 gallon from your display
Good morning Luis
