Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Looks about right, but id give Mississippi the edge over Louisiana in BBQ. I mean Memphis and the Mississippi delta are synonymous with BBQ. Louisiana is king of all states in food though imo. Hands down.
If you got to New Orleans and dont get murdered, you'll never forget the cuisine.
Sauce, again...

I won't. You drive Fords and don't know that real BBQ is how you cook the food, not the sauce you use to hide the flavor of a poorly cooked piece of meat.
Is there an UhOh, here we go emoji?

Just to be clear, not arguing now. I live in Oregon and haven't tried barbecue from any of those states. The "barbecue" I have had locally always needed sauce to have any real flavor. My brother does slow cooking with a Traeger and he made some really good moist pork, but when he makes beef brisket it's tender but seems pretty flavorless to me.

I had good Fords twice, well one was really a reskinned Mazda but it said Ford on it and the other was from Ford Europe, but also sold in the US with a German 2.6L V6 but it was sold with no badging by Mercury-Lincoln dealers so sorta-Ford. I'd seriously consider flogging someone for a Ford GT40 MkII. Just sayin

Sure. Good place to hide as I'm basically a hermit. The only reefers that know where I live are ones I've done 3d prints for so only @TheWB, @Rocks reef, and @Woodyman and none of them live in AZ.
Oops, and those that have graciously sent me Cipro: @luis angel.

Wedding is delayed, brides sister spilled red wine down the front of her cream colored dress. Sitting at the bar with friends.

That means he's using the wrong pellets and/or the wrong dry rub/seasoning.

Remora is mounted just needs to be plugged in. Gonna wait till tomorrow to plug it in just because I wanna watch it for a good 30 minutes after it comes online. I realized how big and how much of a hazard it is as well so I am already planning on replacing it when the time comes. (Mom or dad gets nervous about it)
