Before you go to bed Joel.. I filled my trash can to about quarter capacity of RO. Not gonna mix yet since I have no idea how many gallons it is. That test is tomorrow. Gonna siphon some into jugs and measure using that.

Get a 1 gal container, fill it with water, dump it into the empty brute trash can, permanent sharpie draw a line at the 1 gal water line. And keep repeating till you get to the top of the brute. Then dump it out, dry it and make your lines better and with numbers. All my tote bins are marked like that for ease of knowing volume for mixing.

I totally agree John percent!
I've told myself this is my last tank, not doing it again when we move in a few years but, you know....
Love to have that 60 gallon again.
I used to buy him 100 little at a time and watch while he picked them up and raced them to the glass, smash them and do it again and again.
So much fun

Joel, such a beautiful fish. At the time my family owned a fishing camp and bait shop. I used to bring mine live shrimp and bull minnows. I never tried snails, now I know I missed out.

Honestly he’s doing really good! We’ve been able to get good sleep and he’s been a thrill to have at our house! @smitten with ocean life heres your photo too! This was maybe 20-30 min at our apartment before we went to Arby’s. Been going back and forth between our house and Arby’s

This one is for @tbrown @tharbin aka the monti crew. I went into my lfs today for some peripherals, and saw this gorgeous little, baby pink branching sps. It stood out from the whole frag tank. Turns out it's an ACI Manila Spy montipora. Do you guys (or anyone) have experience with this coral? I needed pink in my tank and im always looking to add to my monti collection.

Simply having a tough time keeping up with 10+ pages a day from all you stupendous Smorgers!

To let you all in on one of the happenings of this week. Actually, one of the best not only of this week but of my life: I married the love of my life yesterday. It only took 12 years for her to wrangle me in. I caved. I am weak.

While it became official yesterday, the actual date we will be honoring will be November 5th. We are having a ceremony and little shindig, this day, while on the European cruise we will be gone on from tomorrow until November 16th.
