I walk for a little less than an hour every morning about 6:00 no matter what the weather does, usually on the beach. I have to have at least two cups of coffee even before I open the shades to see if the world is still there.

Then when I come back, I put on another cup so it is ready by the time I take off my shoes. Then I make breakfast for myself and my wife and have another cup. Then right after breakfast, before I go down to my Man cave to look at my fish and marvel at how healthy they are, I have another cup.

In my workshop/Man cave, I have an espresso machine, and many times, I can't resist, so my blood is probably 40% caffein.

I have to stop at least by noon or I’ll never get to bed and no more than 3 cups . My cups are large like the equal 2 cups each .

I can drink coffee day and night, sleep never being an issue.
My wife can't have any caffeine at any time it affects her that much.
Just never know...

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what thread I was posting on. Or whose thread I was posting on. I lived here on R2R for a few years, and never really liked posting questions on someone else's thread that wasn't one I created. If someone needed help, then I would chime in here and there. Always thought it was kinda rude asking questions on another persons thread. So my apologies! Here is a pic of the plate! I have kept a lot of different coral over the last 20 years, but this is my first plate.

I have two Christmas parties this evening, please don’t miss me Tim. Already snowing pretty good supposed to get far worse. Probably be an early night. Leaving for the first one in about 1/2 hour.

Well I left home about 14 hours ago and just made it home. Golf, coffee with a friend, Chili's for dinner with my wife and son. Not only did I not miss you (because I wasn't here to miss you), you didn't even notice I was gone. That makes me sad.

Only been to Texas Roadhouse once.
The one here is so crowded you can't ever get in...
