Ok I tried to look at other threads and then I quickly remembered why I stay here. I don't handle idiots well... Guy asked if keeping a clown in a 5 gallon is ok them proceeds to ignore everyone that says no its not ok and days he going to do it anyway....

That thread makes me so sad :( as did the one with the maroon glass surfing.

Just hate to see stuff like this.... :crying-face:

This is not fish related but it made me think of Jennifer so I wanted to share it here. She was someone that I feel truly embraced these words. I hope you guys don't mind.

(Not my writing)

Barely the day started and... it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday.
... and the month is already over.
... and the year is almost over.
... and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.
... and we realize that we lost our parents, friends and we realize it's too late to go back...

So... Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time...
Let's keep looking for activities that we like...Let's put some color in our grey...Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts. Despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left. Let's try to eliminate the afters...
I'm doing it after...I'll say after... I'll think about it after...We leave everything for later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.

Because what we don't understand is that:

Afterwards, the coffee gets cold...
afterwards, priorities change...
Afterwards, the charm is broken...
afterwards, health passes...
Afterwards, the kids grow up...
Afterwards parents get old...
Afterwards, promises are forgotten... afterwards, the day becomes the night... afterwards life ends...

And then it's often too late so let’s leave nothing for later...
Because while waiting for later, we can lose the best moments, the best experiences, best friends, the best family...

The day is today...

The moment is now...

We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away.

Lost one of my favorite cuc members today. I see two nassarius on what is obviously a pretty freshly deceased skunk cleaner. Pretty sure he died, THEN got eaten.

I actually don't have mine under my tank which people think is weird but I have SO much access to everything, no bending over or squishing myself into the stand plus I've been able to lengthen my skimmer neck which I couldn't have done.
Plus my electrical is away from the water which is good for me cuz I spill a lot. :rolleyes: :oops::upside-down-face:
Just some food for thought....

I don't think that's weird at all. In fact, I considered doing that to my AIO. The levels in the back change every time I do anything behind the aio wall. It makes it tough to use an ato and the like.

Ya, mine consistently die at about one year and three months. No downward spiral just one day fine and the next day dead.

Apparently we're having a sever thunderstorm warning with a chance of tornadoes...

Ok how do you guys do peroxide dips? I am finding lots of ways but trust you guys. I have some corals that are getting hair algea on them and I don't want the algea to cause them issues.

2/1 ratio of tank water and 3% hydrogen peroxide (3% !!!!!!! ) for 8-10 minutes. Rinse with tank water and replace. It will take between 24-48 hours before you see it working and in 5-7 days the frag plug will be completely clean.
