IOAOI makes a good skimmer. They're offering several for free still I think. You buy it on Amazon, review it, they refund you.

Mine worked great for about a year and a half until my urchin ate the power cable.

And I apologize: no pictures of dinner yesterday. It was tasty but it cost $80 for a chicken sandwich and some fries for me, one for my wife, and chicken and waffles that my kids shared. That's with waters all around...

So other than aquariums what are some of everyone's other hobbies/addictions you spend money on? For me it's hunting and pretty coffee mugs... if I see a pretty mug it's really hard for me to resist buying it even though I have lots of them. This is my most recent failure at resisting. I bought not one but two of them. One for me and one for my best friend that lives on the plains in Canada. I thought she might think of me her mountain bestie when she uses it for tea or coffee. Tea is another thing I spend too much money on. Lol

I have a few more hobbies but the tank has taken up most of my time lately hahaha ( and I LOVE ITTT ), I love fishing, going to the shooting range, I also play video games with some friends from Colombia who we have been friends with for more than 8 years, I really enjoy cooking, I would say it is a hobby too because I am always looking for recipes to make on the weekends when I have a little free time, taking photos either with the drone or with the phone

I like gardening or baking. Both of those I have lost interest in because my tank is taking over haha.

I'll throw money at the boat during the summer lol other than that I have a large t shirt collection I can't wear cuz I'm always at work. ;)

Wow Kev, that's impressive. The lake we're at has bass and the biggest one I've caught is maybe 8 inches in length and it's very skinny haha.

Ugh computer program we use is down that's going to make for a long day here at the office...

hmm... I will play.....what do I throw money at besides the 300...I would say the house, I completely remodeled it all inside during last 5 years, tore walls down and moved walls. Kitchen is huge for the girl with a 6.5 ft x 10ft island in the middle of it, with cook top and chiars..Total Gut job and last year added on to the back of the house. Now upgrading the backyard, new bbq, new smoker , new fire pit, new fire table and now waiting for brick veneer to be made so I can brick walls in the back yard and bar area. New Patio area and roof (35 feet x 20 feet metal roof). Did it all with my friends...Saved a few $100K easy in labor...Thinking about extending the garage so there is extra room and also have room to park those extra long new 4 door trucks they are making. Thinking about when I sell this place...I like making things....as you all know...when I am not working...
