ummm are those "Maine" potatoes :thinking-face:
that does look great. how fast can you drive here? the chicken is 1/2 done!

Luis, with all this garlic talk, I think you should try an experiment. put garlic cloves in a pot 6" deep. let them grow till it sprouts the ground about 4 ". then stick the whole pot in the freezer for a few month then take out and allow to grow. I bet you can mimic the northern climate like that and get great results!

Why put it in the freezer?

I don't have enough space in the freezer for that, could I plant it this year before winter comes?
it sneeze to freeze. you don't have the correct season there. you could get a shallow pot that's wide enough to hold a few (6" spacing) but remove the bottom and plant the whole container in the garden. minimal root disturbance. you just need to cold force them.

you reminded me. third veggie? its now in there baking. I have like 30 left from last years July harvest. maybe I'll mix them in to the mash.

Well aren’t you full of surprises! I don’t like or eat sweets but that does look delicious!

Hey Luis, here’s something you can do. Just quit buying Heineken and you’ll have plenty of room in your fridge to get your garlic started right!
