Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I should start a hopp farm. need 20 foot poles though. a few years ago I clipped some jute and ran it up to the roof for vines. sorry no pictures when I did that.
I thought about it, I'm not sure if my climate is good for them or not, down here. I just buy cryo hopp pellets and lupulin oil. It would be a fun crop to grow though.

Luis, I could be wrong, and I pray that I am, but isn't this a chip or crack that is running up and to the right? My heart breaks hearing and seeing this

That's the marker mark lol, I thought the same thing when I saw the video and went to double check.

I think I'm going to lose the tank, I just realized this, it seems to be a crack, and it's on the inside, on the outside you can't feel anything, but on the inside you can, should I sell everything before the tank is completely damaged?

Luis,

It is a little hard to see clearly but I'm 95% sure that is a scratch, not a crack. It is too wide and shallow and the edges are too ragged to be a normal crack. I assume your tank is low iron glass. Low iron glass scratches almost as easily as acrylic does.

I think it is low iron glass but I never imagined that a snail could do that.

Most likely a Trochus or similar. I've had Trochus snap their shells so violently that I've gone over to check the tank because it sounded like a panel cracked. I have a few similar, but smaller scratches behind where I typically hang Nori sheets on my acrylic tank. They were caused by Trochus shells. If a snail gets a spirorbid or other calcareous growth on the shell they can easily scratch low iron or acrylic tanks.

i would guess a scratch luis. cracks dont really just start in the middle of glass unless theres a star or something where something really hit it. i remember one of our boys cracked a tank from throwing a marble. but we knew exactly what did it and you could see where it was hit and the crack spread from there

Isn't the harvest time 9 to 10 days?
I dunno 🙃. I was thinking the video I watched said a week, but I thought I would ask the experts to make sure. 😄

Wait for Tim better, but look at this, you need to see a change from light green to dark green

what happened to the boy?

is this Lupper? Lunch/Supper? I'm thinking Brazilian night myself. in the Future....No Deer Park. Poland Springs comes from Maine....:beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
Late lunch/early dinner! I’ve never a Brazillian wax, pictures are a must! I wondered why the water had a slight lobster/butter flavor.

Luis, I am lost for words. I am so sorry. I agree with others that it is likely a scratch. Check that it's no too deep, because this is how people cut glass. They score it and then the glass breaks apart with little force. If it's shallow it shouldn't be much of an issue, besides cosmetically.

can we help you with the consumption order? How many Heine's will be gone by the time you get home?
There they stay in the fridge for when I return to make the hamburgers, I'll leave the patio door open for you ;)
