Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I got mine from Reef Plantation. It's supposed to be stronger.
Great to know man. I think this may be my next extension of the hobby.

Hi everyone. So I'm home with meds I have kidney stones which would explain why it hurts more at times than others. Hopefully it will get better in a few days.
So glad to hear! I’ve never had them but have been around people who have and the pain is off the charts.

On this week’s podcast of grilling with Kev we will be preparing a steak that has been marinating for 24 hours.

That's where I bought the phytoplankton for the culture.

I bought my Nanno from them and the F/2. Nanno is the only Phyto surviving.

2 of mine are nanno and two are tetraselmis. I can't remember where I bought the F2

Yeah, with my Nanno going as well as it is I may consider another order from Reef Plantation or Reef Legends for some other Phyto varieties. The stuff from TSA was 2 weeks old when they shipped it so it was nowhere near fresh. I tried and failed with that stuff.

Wow, and it was supposed to be single species for culturing?

Single species, yes. For culturing, that wasn't specified. But even so, 2 week old Phyto is not very good even for feeding a tank.

Getting everything ready for my white worm culture. Screens comes Sunday and the worms are supposed to ship Monday.

True dat!

Catherine got a great deal on mushrooms that were close to their sell by date. She slices them and freezes them. They work great in sauces and soups.
In this case the little boys sliced them.
