Good afternoon John, it went ok, unrelenting rain and cold. I think a lot of people were planning on going decided to stay home. I know if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t have left the house today. On the bright side, I just cracked open my first beer!

What is pork sung?

That one got down to get water and these two things stole her spot...

It's a chinese product. In Chinese bakeries they sprinkle it thickly on top of a thin layer of mayonnaise on a bun. Woks of Life's recipe bakes the pork sung into the roll, which we prefer. These were a big hit in Vancouver, WA when we did a fundraiser for the high school trip to Rome last year.
In this picture the kids are putting on pork sung on the left and crumbled sausage on the right.

It belonged to a fellow parishioner and friend. He bought it new in Germany while in the service. He knows how to take care of cars so it is almost like-new. It does have a slightly sticky clutch pedal so it probably needs a new throw-out bearing but otherwise it looks, sounds, and drives like new. He and his wife donated the car to our priest a while back when his car gave up. The priest recently bought a new Jeep and he donated the car to be raffled to help raise funds for the new church. I don't have any photos of it but if you go to the parish's Facebook page

It's sitting in a Circle K parking lot across the street from Aquarium Arts waiting for them to open in the photo.

We just got a little part of our driveway expanded yesterday, and it cost 6.2k. We had to get it done, but man, that hurt lol.

Dang! Ours is currently 1/4 a mile long. I'd like to unexpand hahahaha
