It's a chinese product. In Chinese bakeries they sprinkle it thickly on top of a thin layer of mayonnaise on a bun. Woks of Life's recipe bakes the pork sung into the roll, which we prefer. These were a big hit in Vancouver, WA when we did a fundraiser for the high school trip to Rome last year.
In this picture the kids are putting on pork sung on the left and crumbled sausage on the right.

Is that a ghost on the corner upper left on the counter? Spooky!

Our church had a Cinco de Mayo fundraiser last night to help raise funds to replace the church. For the car enthusiasts on here we also raffled off a 1983 Porsche 944 in pretty close to mint condition.

We can't do things that involve the community center at all any more since it is the temporary church and there are some issues with using the parking lots as one of them is in the condemned zone. So during the week is our only real option. In the winter the KoC serves breakfasts after Sunday masses. This year they were done in the street (the city has allowed us to block off the section of a secondary street between the community center and church on Sundays for now) using propane grills.

I'm not on here enough for anyone to notice but I'll be out this afternoon trying to undo whatever the alarm company did to the church's electronic sign.

Thanks, I just drive it because the seats are good for my back...

I wasn't sure I'd like it because I always had 911s before (none of them very new) and its an automatic but its every bit as nice to drive, better in some ways than the 911s and a whole lot easier in heavy traffic. Of course I never speed or test its adhesion, I just like driving a compact. Makes me feel like I'm doing my part for the environment.

So I've had back pain all day, maybe I pinched a nerve. The pain is causing me to feel nauseous because it's so bad. It's so hard to move, I felt exhausted all day. I fell asleep at around 2pm and woke up at 4pm, then after all that Goldie hit her head in the wall and now there's a hole in it. Ugh...

did you get a draft in your back maybe? I don't know how to say it in English but in Cuba we say " te abrá entrado un aire en la espalda? I don't know how to explain it, but it wouldn't be like a fracture or anything, but more like when a draft gets into you and gives you back pain, and it can move to your ribs until you expel it.
