Luis, you have to be so proud of him! I'm so glad that a good man like you has a child to give to this world we need him. That's how I'm trying to raise mine too buddy

Can I have that recipe
Ingredients:
1 14-ounce package of black beans (we used Goya)
1 onion
1 head of garlic
Malanga (if you have it)
Pepper of your choice, but not spicy
Oil (we're using lard)
Cumin
Oregano
Paprika
Bay leaves
Salt
A little garlic and onion powder
Vinegar
Sugar

Preparation:
In the pot, add the beans and water up to the middle, add 1 malanga cut into bite-sized pieces, half the onion, 5 garlic cloves, chili, bay leaves, and place it in the high pressure cooker for 1 hour.
When the cooker stops, wait for the pressure to release and uncover.
In a pan with oil, sauté the other half of the onion and 5 more garlic cloves cutted small. When it's golden not toast, add it to the pot of beans and add the paprika. Cumin, oregano, salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, onion, and garlic powder.
Stir well and put it on high pressure again, but this time for 20 minutes.
After that time is up, wait for the pressure to release, uncover the pot, and let it boil until it's to your liking. I like it a little thick, but not too thick.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to write ;)

So, one picked the gsp, one the favia and the original in the rfa.

Beautiful, I don't know why but I think one of mines is damaging my elegance coral.

Hey fam, whoever needs or wants a white worm culture, you wouldn't have to pay anything, you would just have to give me the address so I can pass it on to the woman who sent it to me. She wants to send me another one, but since USPS is working poorly and it is too hot here, I don't see it fair.

Hello Peeps. Sorry haven't been around much. wrench my back "again" by just turning right to left. Couldn't really walk for 2 days. steroids this week.
Sorry to hear Paul, I hope you feel better soon.

I would assume it's not damaging but potentially irritating it.

Yes, I think it's more like that, what I couldn't get out of that word lol

thanks. just ongoing that I'm used to now. was told to avoid surgery at any improvement that steroid epidural injections provide unless it's more than 4 a year.

Sorry buddy, are you feeling better now?
pushing through as much as I can. pain killers, muscle relaxers and steroids. typically Ice pack when I get the nerve pinch for swelling, then heating pad for blood flow. lidocaine patches help some too.
