Somehow I completely missed that it was about BBQ Sauce. I thought it was about BBQ restaurants. All I know is that I've had BBQ in Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Arizona and thoroughly enjoyed it. I know I've had it in Massachusetts and Ohio but don't remember it so probably forgettable. I'd never have it in a state that considers sprouts a food group, without naming names.

I never owned a BBQ rig so no idea how to do it right but it seems to be something the south is good at and the north not so much. I think we fought a civil war over it back when Kev was a youngster or something like that.

Traeger uses pellets. I didn't say I use pellets. I use wood chips. Usually a mix of apple and cherry or mesquite.
