I think he's a pretty fish the pictures never do them justice especially when they are in my acclimation box as is not super clear.

I can't tell for certain. There's a False Cleaner Wrasse that's actually a Fang Blenny that bites other fish. Yours looks like his mouth opens at the front like a Cleaner Wrasse should. The Blenny opens slightly back and under instead of front. Keep an eye on it just to make sure BUT I think I got a shot of it with the mouth open and it looks good:

Yes he opened it and looked almost at the camera at one point in the video. Its like he knew what you were looking for.
