Good morning y'all. The family is okay. I had to run my 9 year old son to urgent care last night for an ear infection. Fortunately there is one pharmacy in Eugene that is open until 10 pm. My side still hurts, but I think it's improving. The CT imaging of my maxillofacial area indicated sinus issues not related to the event, so I have a lab draw to check my immune system (allergist), and another referral to ENT.

Hi guys and gals , I know I missed a lot .
I need to take care of a few things today and try to touch back later . I ended up taking a little vacation and when I came back the heater was toast . Fortunately I keep the house at 75 and had no loss . Thank god ! . I’ll try to touch back later today or tomorrow . Have a lot to do but it was worth it .

Thanks, didn't mean to complain really. I'm glad yhey gave my son medicine. Also I'm hoping they will figure something out vis-a-vis my sinuses, I've been dealing with that for a long time.

Missed 7 pages but caught up. It was an easy read as 5 of the 7 pages were everyone saying good morning, hello and goodnight to each other. I do believe there were actually a couple of posts about reefing and beating aiptasia.

Sorry I don't know how those reefing-related posts got through. We'll try harder in the future.

Hope everyone's having a fantastic day! No lunch pictures today but I had a nice walk and enjoyed the weather.

Feeling pretty good so far today! I slept well and feel rested. I have had a garmin watch that tracks my sleep now for around 5 months and this is the first time I have ever gotten an excellent score. My sleep doctor says they are pretty accurate at tracking sleep and how much rest you get. I guess between the exercise and not hurting at night and the new cpap machine everything is working together.
