I get them from here pretty regularly for the most part and I get them if someone starts a new thread in the nano section that I follow and if someone tags me but that's about it.

Yah, I get all the alerts from here, from people quoting me else where and from my threads I’ve started but that’s it unless I’ve recently visited another tank thread recently

Here is a before pic. Look at the flesh bands on this torch!! They cover most of the skeleton. It is super healthy. I feed powered foods daily and it shows.
Then the three “frags”….

Just what it says. It makes a scraping noise when it hits a curb so that, hopefully, you don't run your paintwork or tires into the curb.

Low flow and powder foods, frozen rotifers will work great right now. I like the rotifers or BBS for the unhappy plates, because they don't draw cuc as much as pellets or mysiss. I like its chances Kevin!
