Nuvo 10 gallon tank 8 months old and started to have what appears to be a white slime algea bloom that popped up literally over lights out. The culprit was my sick wife dusting the room down with that lovely crap aka LYSOL and she had forgotten to cover my tank like she usually would do. So did multiple siphoned water changes and added some bacteria booster from lfs which all my corals and tank mates took a beating from the LYSOL but no other casualties other than a purple hammer 2 headed frag which sucks and was her favorite.

Welcome to R2R! Great tank :)

If you do not normally run carbon keep some around for this type of thing. Other than water changes it is your best bet at removing toxins.

Running a little carbon would have been my suggestion as well. Great looking tank and welcome to R2R.
