I've been walking about 3-5 miles a day though so that has helped. Jogging up and down the beach is a good "release" for me as well. If it weren't for all the aquarium shops out here I'd be going nuts!

Here is the Diamond goby doing some work on the sand.

Do you not have trouble with the goby burying your acans and other corals on your sand ved?

There are a couple zoas somewhat covered but, for the most part there aren't a lot of corals on the sand bed. There is however, sand constantly floating in the water column.
