Been contemplating on starting a build if you would call it that almost every build I see here you guys build your own stands and they're all amazing. Not big on pictures I never really take much but my wife convinced me to start taking some before and after. I bought this tank and stand back used in October 2018. Stripped down the paint, sanded and added silicon to the corners of the tank(there's a gap between the front of the tank and stand) incase water spilled it wouldn't go to the bottom of the stand. Day I brought it home
Doors where screen so I replaced middle panel with wood.
Finished painting starting to fill. I had bought the aquaticlife 50gpd rodi (thought it would be fast enough) ended up upgrading to 100gpd with the smart buddie booster pump.....

Good job on the tank and stand so far! What equipment do you have in the sump to support your tank? What are your plans for the system?

I like the eshopps sump but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have space height wise and you can't get behind the stand, if you ever need to get to the return pump it's a pain. I added some hooks and storage for the test kits on the doors. 15 gallon tank for ato. Overflow box with diy screen top had to make it in 3 sections I tried to make the corners but the screen kept folding in. Had the other top off in the picture. 1st addition to tank after 1 half month fishless cycle....

Nice set up. I just put my 2 UnicLife 3400s inside my 90gal. I also have the ViparSpectra's but instead of the bar in the middle messing up spread, I'm going with 4 lights in a perpendicular set up.

I love the rack mount toggle power strip. I'm gonna have to borrow that.
